Signeasy Ideas

SECOND REQUEST When we upload files they will be titled ex: "ABC Acords, ABC EFT, ABC UMForm" and then we change the subject line in Signeasy to "ABC Renewal Docs". But when it comes back to us after everyone has signed the title of the email is "ABC Acords, ABC EFT, ABC UMForm". PLEASE is there a way to keep the subject line the same when it returns for both us and the insured? Sometimes we use initials for people when saving the file and take the time to change the subject line of the Signeasy to be what we want expressed to the client and to be searched easily in our messages. We need that subject line to stay when the document has been completed. I did a test run of the program with my own email to be able to walk my clients through the process on their phones. In these examples, you can see I labeled this "Signeasy Test 2" but it comes back as the pdf title. It looks unprofessional and it makes our ability to search documents in the future difficult. Please help.
