I have a larger client base of elder adults who are not as familiar with tech. That being said I have utilized the QR code for bulk send. The problem I have is my clients have started several instances of the template and finally completed one of them. I need to delete the ones they started but did not finish and I want to do this without sending them another message, as they will be confused as to why it is recalled.
