I received and email that a form has expired. The email did not tell me who the original recipient of the form was sent to or if anything was written in the summary for the reason why this form was first sent out. I am not sure if this was a form that I had sent, was supposed to sign myself, or if I was cc'd on this form. This often happens if a form was voided that I was cc'd on as well. It will be beneficial to know who or why the form was sent especially if that form was still needed that maybe the original sender and/or cc'd person may not have been aware of.
